  11. Add achari masala paste, little water and salt.
  12. Cook till masala cooked well.
  13. Add mashed brinjal potato paste and 1 tbsp of water.
  14. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  15. Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
  16. Serve with hot steamed rice.
