- Cut it any shape like square, diamond shape
- In vessel add 2 cup water boil itadd cutting dhoklies (place one by one) boil for 10-15 min
- Tadka -Put pan over flame1 spoon ghee add 1/2 spoon jeera pinch hingadd 1/4 spoon termiric powder curry leaves dry red chilli 1green chilli chopped tomato saute ncook
- Add red chilli powder mango powder saute masala till oil seprates
- Place the vessel with dhokli on flame addboiled daal & tadka boil 5 min on low flame
- After 5 min add, coriander leaves
- Take out in bowl add little ghee
