  3. Add the achaar masala and salt if required - Mix well so that it is well coated with the seasoning.
  4. Cook on a gentle heat for 2 or 3 minutes - you don't want them to turn into mash. - Add the amchoor powder and garnish with coriander leaves and bay leaves.
