- Heat a frying pan. Add little oil and lightly roast the bread cubes for few seconds. Keep aside.
- Break the eggs in a bowl. Add in chopped onion, green chilli, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Whisk everything well with a fork or spoon for few seconds until frothy.
- Now add roasted bread cubes into the egg mixture and mix well.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium low flame. Add remaining oil and spread it evenly. Pour the egg- bread mixture into the pan. Tilt the pan lightly from one side to another to allow the mixture to swirl and cover the surface of the pan completely.
- Let the mixture cook for a while and when the base firms up, flip it to other side and cook till done. Turn off the flame.
- Thus bread omelette is ready. Cut into desired shapes and serve hot as a breakfast.
