- Take a nonstick tawa, brush with ghee. Now place the skewers on the tawa, and keep the flame low. Turn slowly sometimes, so that they don't get burnt. If required add ghee. Once it's done, take them out on a plate. They should look whitish in colour.
- Now for the plating, take a plate,spread it with lettuce leaves. Put the kebabs on it.Add some salad, and serve it with pudina/dhania chutney. Serve hot.
