- Simmer and cook covered for 10 minutes. After that add chopped coriander leaves and Garam Masala mix well and off the flame.
- Transfer in to a serving bow and serve with rice or naan.
I just chopped the vegetables I did not make this into a paste. The taste was hot and spicy the way I enjoy my food!
