Steps to make Dahi Bhalle:
  1. Rinse and soak urad dal in water for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and discard all water from dal.
  3. Place it in grinder and grind into smooth paste.(Adding 1-2 tbsp water as required)
  4. Transfer to a large bowl add ginger, green chili paste, salt mix well and beat batter till turns soft n fluffy.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium flame.
  6. Take a medium size portion of batter drop in hot oil fry till golden brown.
  7. Take them out from oil and transfer into a lukewarm water.
  8. Soak them for 5 minutes, takeout them out from water press gently between your palms remove excess water.
  9. Transfer them to a serving plate.
  10. For garnishing:- Beat salt, sugar, chilled curd untill smooth, pour curd evenly, top with sweet tamarind chutney and sprinkle red chili powder, cumin powder, coriender leaves, pomegranate krenels and Serve.
