- Take 1 onion chopped
- Take 2 tomatoes chpd

- Take 1 cardmom

- Take 2 tsp kasuri methi
- Prepare 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- Get 2 tbsp cream
- Get few coriander leaves
- Prepare to taste salt
- Get ……….Dahi bhalla(besan wale)…..
- Make ready 1 cup besan
- Prepare few jeera seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp coriander chpd
- Take to taste salt
- Get pinch baking soda
- Prepare hot water to make batter
- Get 2 cups curd
- Take each 1 tsp mustardseeds,jeera seeds,curryleaves,whole red chilli for tempering
- Make ready sugar (optional)
- Prepare chat masala+red chilli powder to sprinkle
- Prepare Achari Aloo
- Make ready 1 tsp jeera seeds
- Get 1 tsp kashimirichilli powder
- Take 1 tsp achari masala
- Take as needed salt
- Prepare 2 boiled potatoes cubed
- Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Take coriander leaves chpd
The Haryanvi thali is really simple. Of course, there are large helpings of home made ghee, curd and butter. The specialities are; kachri ki sabzi. Thali is not a thali till you get hit by a 'how am I going to finish all this' fatigue.
Steps to make SimpleThali:
- Paneer makhni:take onion,tomatoes,and cashews in a pan with water and cook till mushy..once cooled grind it…..2. Take a pan put butter+oil and put whole garam masalas saute and add the ginger garlic paste.saute well and add the grinded mixture and saite well..add the masalas,salt and add paneer cubes and cook till done… sprinkle kasuri methi and ketchup and mix well..add the cream and bring to a boil and garnish with coriander leaves..
- Besan dahi bhalle: take besan and make a thick paste without lumps thn add hot water to make desired consistency..add the whole jeera,coriander chpd,salt,baking soda and keep for 10 mins…meanwhile give tadka to the 1 cup thick curd(add sugar as per ur taste) and loosen the 1 cup curd with water and salt….fry the pakodas and keep aside..put it the loosen curd till soft thn add the tempered curd to the pakoda +loosen curd mix…sprinkle jeera and red chilli powder…
- Achari aloo : boil potatoes and cube it..temper mustard seeds+jeera add the potatoes with kashmiri chilli+achari masala+salt…mix well and add the chpd coriander.
- Jeera rice + ajwain puri + salad + papad + gulab jamun….simple thali is ready..
