- Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool.Now make besan batter by adding salt and a pinch of haldi powder it should not be very thin.
- Now take 2 pieces of bread take some mixture of potato and spread it on a pieces of bread.
- Cover it with the other piece of bread and press it slightly together so that they stick to each other. - Now cut it in triangle shape.
- Now coat it nicely with besan batter. - Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry on low flame till it's crispy. - In this way prepare and fry all the pattice.
- Remove them on a kitchen paper napkin to absorb the excess oil. - Serve hot with spicy green chutney and green chillies.
