- Dilute 1tablespoon of flour with 1/4cup cold water and add to the meatpie filling(it makes the filling moist so that it won’t dry up when baking)
- Add salt to taste, Stir and turn off the heat
- Set your oven to 170 degrees C(335F)
- Rub butter on the baking tray and set aside
- Break an egg and set aside
- Knead the dough some more, roll it to 5mm thickness
- Use meatpie cutter to make round cuts on the rolled dough
- Scoop some meatpie filling into the center,rub the egg on the inside edges of the dough and fold
- When you’re done place in the greased pan and rub the egg on the meatpies and bake 30-40mins
