- Cook till tender
- Mash the cooked yam, add the meat mix, add the remaining pepper mix, salt and seasoning to taste
- Add the curry spice, and begin to make medium sized balls
- Dip the balls in eggs, and fry to golden brown.
- For the peppered fish
- Wash and dry the fish
- Make a mix spice of seasoning, salt, thyme, ginger and garlic paste and rub on thoroughly on the fish
- Deep fry on a medium heat to golden brown
- Place a pan on a medium heat
- Add 4 table spoons of oil
- Add the habanero peppered mix
- Add the onions, and seasoning to taste
- Stir fry till cooked, and cover the fish with the sauce
- Serve with the yam balls, or any food of your choice
