Once the curry is done and the steam is released from the cooker, open the lid carefully and give a quick stir. Transfer the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander. Add curry leaves and mix well. Turn off the heat and let the steam escape all by itself.

  2. Heat the pan add mustard oil,bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamomum
  3. After that add chopped onion and fry until colour become golden brown.
  4. Then add Onion juice,ginger+garlic+chilli juice and add turmeric, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,black pepper, salt.Fry well.
  5. After 10 minute add mutton and fry well.
  6. After 15 minute put the mutton into the pressure cooker add add 2 cup of water and wait for 3 whistle.
  7. Then teleserye the pressure and open the cooker.
  8. Add tamarind pulp and mixture of spices.Then heat the cooker 3 minute.
  9. Switch of the heat serve it with rice.
