Step 1 :- Make a sprouts from green gram (moong beans) and desi chickpea beans :- Wash a beans couple of times with running water and soak them in sufficient water for at least 8 hours or overnight. Once you soak them, they double in size. Now rinse again and place them in a sprout maker, a container or drop them in a wet muslin cloth. Keep it undisturbed for at least 15-20 hours. You will see sprouts germinating from the moong and checkpea.
  2. Step 2 :- Make a Sprout Bhel and serve :- Take a large bowl mix both sprouted beans and then add all dry ingredients. Now Sqeeze a half of lemon juice, add green chutney and sweet date tamarind chutney, mix it well. Take out in a serving bowl and sprinkle chat masala,sev and decorated with coriander leaves. Your Bhel is now ready to serve.
