Steps to make Homemade Carrot Halwa:
  1. Peel, Wash and grate carrot. Chop cashew nuts.
  2. Heat pure ghee on non-stick kadhai. Add grated carrot. Saute it for four minutes. Add milk powder, cardamom powder and cook on medium heat for five to six minutes.
  3. Add 1 cup powder sugar. Stir it continously till the sugar dissolves. Add chop cashew nuts mix well and the carrots are cooked.
  4. Continue to cook for two minutes more. Garnish with chop cashew nuts. Serve hot or at room temperature.
