Instructions to make Bread Chhola:
- Wash and Soak chhole in water for 4 hours.

- Now add this cooked tadka in chana and pressure cook till three whistles. Chana is ready.
- Peel wash and Chop onion, green chilli and tomato in small pieces. Heat griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and roast bread slices till pinkish. Now place it on a serving plate and place 2 tb spoon chana over it.
- Place chopped onion, tomato and green chilli. Sprinkle chaat masala.
- Serve this bread chhola with salad.
