- Switch off the flame and keep it aside.
- For hummus
- Into a mixer, add boiled chickpeas, sesame powder, olive oil (1/4 cup), salt, garlic, lemon juice and cumin powder and grind it into fine paste.
- Top it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, your hummus is ready.
- Now you can serve poha and oats tikki with hummus.
