  2. Take 4 each Brioche Buns
  3. Prepare 1 as needed Butter
Instructions to make Sliders:
  1. Form ground beef into 4 small patties, about the size of your buns ;).
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet with oil until it just barely begins to smoke. Place your burger patties on the skillet. Press gently for a good sear.
  3. Slice and butter your brioche buns.
  4. When you've got a nice crust on your beef patties, like so…
  5. Flip them over and sear the opposite side.
  6. When both sides are nicely colored, the patties should be around medium rare if not medium. Remove to a plate to rest.
  7. Toast your buns in the pan.
  8. Build your sliders. Add whatever toppings you like.
