- First to make dhokli add water in a pan and add all the masala except besan now bring this masala water to boil for 2 minutes now add besan to water and mix till no lumps remain.Now cook this besan mixture for 10 minutes on simmer
- Now take out dhokli mixture in a plate and spread it out and cut into small pieces
- To make sabji add oil In a pan when oil becomes hot add mustard seeds cumin seeds and all crushed masala
- Now add green chillies tomatoes and cook it for 2-3 minutes
