  5. Add Almonds in blender and add sufficient water and blend well.
  6. Take a cheese cloth and extract Almond milk from blended mixture.
  7. Put back Almond mixture from cheese cloth to blender, add more water and extract more Almond milk. Repeat this third time if necessary.
  8. Put sugar in pot and add only one cup water.
  9. Dissolve the sugar over low heat.
  10. Add Almond milk to dissolved sugar and stir time to time over medium heat.
  11. Cook the untill thick syrup forms.
  12. Cool down the syrup and preserve in sterilized glass or plastic bottles. Syrup can be preserved for two months in refrigerator.
  13. Add appropriate amount of syrup to water or milk, add ice cubes and stir.
  14. Enjoy your cool summer drink.
