Hey there, Its Mango season again!! Here I bring to you Mango Swiss Roll which is a delicious combination of soft spongy cake and alphonso mango & some. Today I'm making mango Swiss roll, one of my favourites. Swiss Rolls might sound a tad old fashioned but they're also immense.
Steps to make Beetroot swiss roll with mango mava stuffing:
- First in a bowl beat eggs and powdered sugar together until frothy.
- Add shredded or blended beetroot.. Mix well,…Add flour, baking powder and butter…. Whisk nicely
- Now prepare a baking pan with baking sheet.. Spread batter in a pan with the help of spatula..(layer should be thin)
- Bake for 20min.in a preheated microwave oven on 180°or 350F(don't over bake, otherwise it may break)
- Now heat a nonstick pan and add 1tbsp ghee,mava and stir about for 1 min.on medium flame
- Add mango puri and again stir about for 4 to 5min.
- Add sugar and continue stir till it becomes thick on high flame.(avoid burning)
- Add chopped dryfruits.. mix well..And keep aside
- Now after baking let it cool for atleast 1 hour.in fredge.
- After an hour spread mava filling on the base surface evenly and spread cheese cream too.
- Roll tightly carefully..
- Chill until it set perfectly (in fredge)
- Cut it into slices and garnish with desiccated coconut.
