Keep mixing the batter continuously making sure that here are no lumps but personally little lumps add to the taste. Cover the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in between and when mixture turns thick, we can switch off the gas.
- Serve hot Pitla with bhakri but I had with Parathas.
