  2. Mix well and cook on low flame until it dissolved
  3. Cook it until syrup becomes thick round about 10 mints then add lemon juice and mix set aside
  4. In a bowl sfit all purpose flour and baking soda together
  5. Add cardamom powder Nutmeg powder and salt and mix well
  6. Add ghee and mix well
  7. Add yogurt and mix until it crumbled
  8. Now add water and mix until combined don't over knead cover and put aside for 15 minutes
  9. After 15 minutes grease your hands and working place and flatten the dough and roll it
  10. Divide it into small pieces,take a small part on your plam roll it and then press from the center with your thumb
  11. Heat oil in wok and fry all balls on low flame for 20,25 minutes until they become golden
  12. When they become golden take them out and put them in hot sugar syrup for 15 minutes
  13. Take them out in serving dish and garnishing with pistachios
