To prepare restaurant style matar paneer butter masala, heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan. Also, you can toss in a little oil to prevent the butter. - Firstly heat a pan/kadhai add oil and roughly chopped onion and saute slightly brown then add ginger, garlic paste and saute 1-2minutes.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, cashews and cook it until soft. When it gets cool, then will make it puree put into the mixer jar. And keep aside.
- Now heat a another pan add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf and whole spices, slit green chilli and saute until aroma.
- Now add chopped onion and saute until light brown. Then add all dry spices mix and saute on low flame. Then add onion tomatoes puree and cook it for 4-5minutes.
- Now add peas and saute 1-2minute then add fresh cream, kasuri methi, salt to taste and cook it until separate the oil. Then add water and paneer cubes mix well and cover it cook for 4-5minutes.
- After 5minutes add chopped coriander leave mix well and switch off flame, serve into a bowl
