- Boil your choice of pasta in a litre of water with little olive oil. Drain and wash under running water and keep aside.
- Cut chicken and all the veggies in small cubes.
- Heat a pan pour two teaspoons of olive oil and sauté onion, capsicum, tomatos, and mushrooms for five mins and keep aside.
- Separately sauté the chicken cubes in little butter and salt.
- For sauce - heat butter in a pan and put maida. Keep stirring till maida slightly changes color. Pour milk and stir continuously so no lumps are formed. Add little salt and parmesan cheese powder.
- Oil a baking dish with little olive oil and put all the ingredients. Pour the sauce over it and cover with cheese strips or grated cheese.
- Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 15mins and serve hot.
