- Now add oil in pan and fry these balls in slow flame. It will take 10-12 mins to turn golden from both sides. Now take another pan and add sugar and water in it. Keep the flame medium once sugar is dissolved keep the flame low for 6-8 mins. Then switch off the gas.
- Till the time balushahi has also turned golden. Put the balushahi in chashni. Chashni should be warm. Keep balushahi in chashni for 5 mins and take it out to serve
