  5. Phir dough ko hath ki madad se phaila lein.Beech me cut kar ke ik ke oper ik rakh dein.mazeed us ke beech me se cut karen.
  6. 4 fold hone ke baad lambi strips kat lein.
  7. Un strips ke chotay piece kar ke har piece ko round pairhay ki shape deden.
  8. Phir dough ko mid me finger se thora sa press kar ke balu shahi ki shape deden.
  9. Balu shahi fry hone ke liye taiyyar hain.
  10. Ik pan me oil le kar garamkaren. phir medium aanch par balu shahi fry karen.
  11. Golden brown hone par nikal lein aur sheeray me dip karden.
  12. Sheeray ke liye 1.5 cup sugar ko 1 cup pani me high flame par disslove karen phir half lemon juice add karden ta ke crystals na banen.phir isme balu shahi 5 min ke liye dip rehne dein. phir nikal lein.
