  3. For Chole:- soaked chano me tea bag daal kar 4-5 whistle lagakar boil kar lein.
  4. Tadka :- pre heated kadhai me 2tbsp oil daale…..oil garam hone par dry masale add karein…..
  5. Then ginger garlic paste or finely chopped green chilli add karein thodi der pakaye.
  6. Then onion paste add karein…..light brown hone de…… Now tomato puree add karein.
  7. Ab isme sare powerd spices add karein (except -garam masala)…..oil chodne tak tadka pakaye.
  8. Ab tea bag nikal kar boiled chane tadke me add krde or thoda paani daalke 10-15 min pakaye.
  9. End me kasuri methi crush kar ke or garam masala add karein 2-3 min pakaye.
  10. Finely chopped coriander leaves daal kar serve karein.
