- Take 2 tomatoes

Chole Bhature is also know as chola poori. For pressure cooking kabuli chana for the Pindi Chole recipe. Pindi chana or Pindi chole is a very popular dish from Rawalpindi Pakistan. Whats amazing about this chole recipe is that it is made without onion garlic and tomatoes.
Instructions to make Pindi chole bhature:
- Washed and soaked white chane(soaked overnight).
- Add water,salt and tea bags close the lid of the pressure cooker.
- After 2whistle simmer the heat and cook for 20 minutes, or until cooked.
- Remove the tea bags.
- Heat oil in a wok add ginger paste,hing chopped tomatoes and green chilli saute for 2minutes.
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder now add chana masala and boiled chane and mix well.
- Add black salt,cook for 10 minutes stir occasionally. Cover and cook again.
- After 10 minutes add tamarind juice and amchur powder mix well.
- Add kasoori metthi and chopped green coriander and mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pindi chole now ready to serve.garnish with paneer slices.
- Serve with bhature,boondi raita and achari aalu.
