Instructions to make Katori chaat:
- Knead soft dough by adding flour, salt,oil and ajwain with required water. Keep it for 15 minutes.
- Take a small portion from the dough roll it in puri size & prick it with folk. If u have a mould to make katori then use it otherwise take small size steal bowl spread some oil on it.
- Stick puri on it and fry it with bowl in hot oil carefully. Turn it & remove bowl from kadai. Then fry flour katori carefully.
- Make all in the same way. Keep it for cool completely.
- Now fill this katori with all ingredients above of filling. U can also use sprouts or boiled chana and moong.
- Sprinkle some chilli powder, salt.
- Pour some curd, green chutney, imli chutney on it. Sprinkle some chaat masala,jeera powder and sev. Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
