- 1)In a plate take cooked rice and mix it with raw mango.Also add salt to it.
- 2)In a kadai heat oil,add mustard seeds.Once the seeds start spluttering add jeera,hing,curry leaves,green chillies,both the dals and groundnuts.Roast the dals and groundnuts well.Now add haldi powder.
- 3)Now add coconut and roast it for a minute,dont let it change colour.
- 4)To this add rice and raw mango mixture and mix well.
- 5)Keep it covered with lid,on low flame for 5min.We have already added salt to the rice.
- 6)Remove the lid,add 1tsf sugar,mix well and again put it on flame for 3-4min.
- 7)Turn off the flame,garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with pickle and papad.
