- Heat oil in a wok, add mustard once crackles add, asafoetida, black gram, bengal gram, red chilles, green chilles, curry leaves and saute for a minute

- Now add turmeric, salt, sugar, coriander leaves and saute for 2 minutes.switch of the flame
- Take cooked rice in a bowl
- Now add this mango mixture over cooked rice
- Mix everything well
- Raw mango rice is ready to serve
