- Extract the pulp from tamarind and add it to the bitter gourd slices, let it boil until the tamarind extract gets absorbed completely.
- In a frying pan add required oil for shallow frying of the bitter gourd slices and fry it till crisp in medium high flame.
- Add nallakaram and stir it well.
- After cooling preserve it in a container.
