- Pour Batter B slowly over the cabbage to fill the gaps.
- When the bottom batter is cooked, flip it over! Don't hesitate! Even if the cabbage goes everywhere, you can just push it into the middle.
- Leave it until the cabbage is soft like in the picture. When it's soft, transfer to a plate.
- Spread the okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, then done ♪ You can also add ichimi spice, aonori seaweed, and bonito flakes.
