  3. Cover and cook on medium heat for four to five minutes. Add spring onion greens, mix well and continue to cook for a minute. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with bhakar.
  4. Prepare bhakar mix two cups of jowar flour with salt. Add sufficient warm water and knead into a soft dough. Divide into eight equal parts and roll it into small thin chapatis.
  5. Cook on hot tawa till evenly done on both the sides. Serve hot with zunka
