Steps to make Rocky road:
- Crunch up the digestive biscuits in a bag.
- Put dark chocolate and butter in a big bowl. And then put the bowl over a hot water pan and melt them both.
- Mix the dark chocolate and butter well and then add in the golden syrup (or honey).
- Remove the chocolate from the heat and then add in digestive biscuits, dried cranberries and raisins, marshmallows and nuts. Mix well and let all the ingredients covered by chocolate.
