For some reason, I tend to blend most of my foods these days with fruits and vegetables since I realized their. Jollof spaghetti cooks much faster than jollof rice so, you need to have boiling water and Tomato stew ready. Once the tomato or tomato stew is ready. Leave to cook midway for at least five minutes before adding your chopped vegetables of choice.
Instructions to make Spaghetti Jollof with Vegetables:
- Rinse everything, dice the carrots, slice the cabbage, pour out the sweet corn. Slice part of the fresh bonnet peppers. Set them aside - Slice the tomatoes and set aside.
