- Take a pan and add few drops oil then add garlic and saute.
- Now add onions and capsicum and let it cook until translucent. Keep stirring in between.
- Meanwhile take Maida, add baking powder, baking soda, sugar, 1/2tsp salt and with help of milk prepare the batter. Keep aside.
- Now to the onions add the coriander paste and mix.
- Now add the cooked macaroni stock to it about 1 bowl and give a boil. Then simmer and add red chilli powder and salt and mix.
- Now cook for 1-2 minutes and then add the drained pasta and mix well.
- After 1 minute switch off the flame it's ready.
- Now take your grilling pan and apply ghee and pour one laddle full batter on it.
- Put the cooked pasta on it and then cook from both sides.
- Serve by sprinkling grated cheese and oregano over it.
