  2. Make ready 1 bunch methi
  3. Prepare 100 gram paneer

  5. Prepare 2 tomatoes puree

  11. The upper layer should b rice. Finally add ghee on top, fried onion, mint, coriander leaves and orange food colour on top.
  12. Cook on low flame for 10-15 mins.
  13. Serve with raita.
