  7. Now sweet and tangy stuffing mixture is ready.
  8. Make a very thin chapati out of it.
  9. Now cut into 3 circles with cookie cutter or cup of the bottle.
  10. Now put the circles overlapping each other and stuff the filling in it, fold it first and then roll it out.
  11. Heat enough oil in a pan,add the kachori,lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  12. Drain in paper napkin.
