  5. Now take a pressure cooker pour 2tbsp oil and kathal ki sabzi…in this add rice which was soaked and 1-1 / 2 water and close the lid
  6. Give one whistle and switch off the gas
  7. Now garnish the biryani with fried onions and corriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with curd….its very yummy.
