  12. Prepare 3 TBS oil
  13. Take 1 tbs ghee
  14. Prepare to taste Salt
  15. Get 1/2 lemon juice
  16. Make ready leaves Coriander
  17. Get leaves Mint

Methi leaves added in Pulao and Biriyani gives a wonderful flavour to the dish. Sweet corn along with methi, together with. Few people don't like methi leaves as they are slightly bitter in taste. But i love these herbs for its flavor and aroma,it adds to the dish. i've already posted few recipes from methi leaves like Methi dhokli.

Steps to make Methi Corn Pilaf:
  1. In a cooker add oil and put whole garam masala fry till nice aroma comes.
  2. Then add chopped onion and stir till golden brown
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chilli paste cook for seconds
  4. Now add coriander powder, turmeric salt garam masala stir well
  5. Add corn and methi leaves, pudina and coriander leaves mix well
  6. Then add soaked rice and lemon juice. Mix well
  7. Now add hot water to the rice give a mix and cover with the lid
  8. Take two whistle.
  9. Your Methi Corn pilaf is ready to serve with raita.
