- For making gravy..Heat a pan with oil..Add cumin seeds, fennal seeds…When they crackles add ginger+garlic+green chilli paste…Saute…Add onion paste and cook till light pink in colour…Add all spices…Stir…Add tomato puri…And cook for few mins..Add butter or cream..Cook for another min..Add prepared papad roll to the gravy…Coat nicely…Add fresh chopped coriander…And garnish with grated paneer..
