  15. Make ready 1 teaspoon crushed kasoori methi
  16. Get 1/4 th inch ginger chopped
  17. Take 2 tablespoon Oil
  18. Make ready 1 teaspoon ghee or according to taste

  3. Heat some oil in pan
  4. Temper it with 2 dried red chillies and cumin seeds
  5. When they start crackling, add the paste
  6. Add the powders-turmeric, cumin and coriander
  7. Saute until the oil starts separating from the mixture
  8. Add the boiled chicken
  9. Fry the chicken on high flame for 5 mins until the mixture is coated well.
  10. Add a cup of boiling water in medium heat
  11. Keep it covered for 10 mins so that the chicken gets cooked in the spices
  12. Remove the water and let the excess water boil off
  13. Add half a cup of heavy cream or thickend milk
  14. Boil for 2 more minutes
  15. Add some ghee on the top
  16. Serve hot with paratha or pulao
