  10. Failed attempt No. 2: I baked the potatoes for an hour and 15 minutes in a 150 °C oven, then tried to cut the potatoes before they were cool but the centers were still raw…yet again!
  11. I finally succeed on the third try! Yay!! I think the reason this succeeded was because I left the sweet potatoes to cool down in the oven.
