  3. Peel off and cut potatoes in large cubes
  4. Let's start cooking. First of all take a pan and add oil.turn on flame,it should be medium
  5. Add onion and cook.keep stirring.
  6. When they turn soft and lightly golden add spices
  7. Add salt, red chill powder and termeric powder. Add little water and stir it immediately so that spices may not burn and cooked properly
  8. Now add potatoes
  9. Cook them for 10 mints..Don't forget to stir after few minutes
  10. Of you feel the need add little water.
  11. When they are half cooked (not completely soft) add tometoes and garam masala (cumin and black pepper)
  12. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes
  13. When tometoes are completely cooked and mixed with potatoes add 3 cups water approx. (Or as you like for curry)
  14. After you have your required thickness add egg
  15. Stir spoon very slowly and carefully.Do that egg is cooked and mixed
  16. Avoid stirring to fast as egg will absorb all oil from your curry
  17. Turn off flame and sprinkle green coriander leaves
