- Get Tomato paste
- Take Fresh pepper (blended)
- Get Onions (chopped)
- Get Seasoning cubes and salt
- Get Vegetable oil

Jollof spaghetti is a delicious alternative to everyday Nigerian Jollof rice. This recipe is incredibly delicious and cooks way faster than the rice version. Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta.
Instructions to make Jollof Spaghetti π:
- Parboil spaghetti, wash, drain to remove excess water. Set aside.
- Pour vegetable oil in a pot, add tomato paste, add fresh blended pepper, add chopped onions, stir and fry, add seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Add water as required, then add the parboiled spaghetti and stir. Cover and allow to boil until cooked. Add crayfish and stir again.
