  7. Get 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Mango Season and Eid right around the corner. In a serving dish,add mango cubes,cream,mango rice kheer. Garnish with mango cubes,dry nuts and refrigerate until chilled. Peel and extract mango pulp from the ripe mangoes and sieve it.

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel till thick.
  2. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. Peel and grate the raw mango.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp clarified butter in a pan.
  5. Add the grated raw mango into it and stir fry till the water absorbs it.
  6. Add mango to the cool kheer and mix well.
  7. Garnish with raisins, cashewnuts and almonds.
  8. Serve chilled
