Cook it on high flame for 5 minutes.then put the flame low and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Take a knife ant prick in the center if comes out clean then khaman is ready.
  3. Now, we prepare tadka for the dhokla. Hot up a pan add oil, now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and green chilli. Saute for 2 minutes. Now add 1 cup of water and let the water boil a while. Now, add some salt, some sugar and lemon juice. And it's ready.
  4. Now, cut the dhokla in pieces. And put tadka water in the dhokla. Let the dhokla adsorb water and now garnish with coriander leaves. It's ready to eat now. Serve it with chutney and enjoy.
