- Beat the remaining 2 eggs, mould mixture into small balls,
- Coat in a beating egg and deep fry it in a very hot oil til desire colour.
- Note!!!you can substitute sardines with fresh fish,minced meat,corned beef etc… You can also coat in bread crumbs before frying for extra crispy yam balls.
