  7. Stir continuously when it colour changes in light brown.
  8. Switch off the gas.
  9. Add coconut,crushed cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder.
  10. Now stuffing is ready.
  11. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  12. Spread the mixture.
  13. Flip when done on one side.
  14. Drizzle some oil in it.
  15. Place the pan cake on the plate and add 2 tbsp stuffing in it and fold it in a roll.
